The widow of one of the 60 passengers aboard the American Airlines regional jet involved in the deadly midair collision near D.C. in January has filed a wrongful death lawsuit. The lawsuit alleges American Airlines, the FAA and the U.S. Army “utterly failed in their responsibilities to the traveling public.”
