Asta, a third-party managing agent at Lloyd’s, has appointed Stuart Logue as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Asta Managing Agency, subject to regulatory approval.
Logue replaces Richard Barke, who is moving to a senior leadership role at Asta’s owner, Davies.
Incoming Logue holds more than 30 years of management experience across the financial services sector, and joins from Flood Re, where he most recently served as interim CEO. Before this, Logue held several senior leadership roles, including CFO at emergency repairs specialist HomeServe and Deputy CFO at Ageas UK. He has also held key positions at Canopius Group, Direct Line Group, and RBS.

At the same time, Asta has appointed Sian Fisher and Andrew Neden as independent non-executive directors (iNEDs) on the AMA board.
Neden, who additionally takes on the role of audit chair, holds 40 years of experience in the financial sector.
He currently sits on the board of ABC Bank International as an iNED and audit chair, serves as audit and Remuneration Committee chair at ClearBank UK, and is chair of Kingdom Bank.
His appointment follows nearly two decades at KPMG, where he held several senior roles, culminating in his position as Chief Operating Officer.
Sian Fisher also brings a wealth of experience, having spent approximately 20 years in senior executive positions in the insurance industry.
Her previous roles include managing director at Hiscox Insurance and co-founder and managing director of Oxygen Insurance Managers.
From 2016 to 2022, she served as CEO of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). Fisher currently sits as the independent senior non-executive director on the board of SCOR UK.
