Weiss commented, “In today’s rapidly changing economic climate, where companies must sometimes navigate a need to restructure, M&A activity, and evolving regulations, Tax Liability Insurance (TLI) provides a crucial way for businesses to protect themselves from unforeseen tax obligations.
