Aon, the global insurance and reinsurance broker, has promoted Leon Walker as Captives Leader for Europe, the Middle East, and Asia (EMEA) effective January 1st, 2026.<\/p>\n

\"AonIn his new role, Walker will drive strategy, transformation, and sustainable growth across Aon\u2019s captives business in the EMEA region.<\/p>\n

He reports to Ciaran Healy, Global Captives Leader at Aon, and will work closely with the EMEA Risk Capital. His appointment aligns with Aon\u2019s strategy of ongoing investment in its captives offering.<\/p>\n

Walker joined Aon in 2022 to lead UK Inpoint, the carrier engagement team, providing data-driven consulting and advisory services to re\/insurers.<\/p>\n

Since then he has built a high-performing team strengthening Aon’s positions as a strategic partner to carriers in the London Market.<\/p>\n

Walker has nearly two decades of experience across broking, market development, sales and insurtechs. In the past, he has held senior positions at Willis Towers Watson and Lloyd\u2019s of London, and business development leadership roles at high-growth tech providers Instanda and AdvantageGo.<\/p>\n

Healy commented, “Leon is a proven leader with a track record of building strong teams and delivering results for clients. His industry knowledge and perspective will be invaluable as we continue to expand our Captives capabilities and help clients unlock new ways to manage risk and capital across EMEA.<\/p>\n
