Willis Re, a specialised reinsurance broker, has announced that industry veteran Neville Ching has joined the company in Bermuda to support the firm\u2019s reinsurance joint venture.<\/p>\n
This move follows the 2021 sale of Willis Re\u2019s treaty reinsurance brokerage operations to Gallagher<\/a> for $3.25 billion.<\/p>\n Ching brings over 25 years of reinsurance broking experience across London, Bermuda, and international markets, with deep industry knowledge and strong global relationships.<\/p>\n He recently founded and launched ReFlex Solutions Ltd<\/a>, an independent reinsurance brokerage with operations in Bermuda, with plans to expand into London and the USA, where he served as CEO.<\/p>\n Previously, Ching held senior leadership roles at firms including Capsicum Re and Aon.<\/p>\n Ching commented, \u201cI am excited to be part of this new venture from the outset.
