XPT Specialty, a wholesale broker for commercial and personal insurance, has announced the appointment of three new underwriters: Will Pinson, Janet Christenberry, and Charles Bethishou.<\/p>\n

\"\"The hires expand XPT Specialty\u2019s operations into Atlanta and North Carolina, bringing a strong blend of underwriting expertise, established market relationships, and regional insights.<\/p>\n

Will Pinson has been named Senior Underwriter and Lead for the North Carolina Region, based in Wilmington, NC. He brings over 12 years of experience in specialty and surplus lines underwriting. He joins XPT Specialty from CRC Group, where he served as Team Leader. Before that, he held commercial insurance underwriter roles at Hanover Excess & Surplus and TAPCO Underwriters, Inc.<\/p>\n

Janet Christenberry has been appointed Lead Underwriter for the Atlanta Region. She brings over two decades of commercial underwriting experience. Christenberry most recently served as Underwriter Supervisor at Jencap for the past seven years, following more than 20 years at Genesee General.<\/p>\n

Charles Bethishou has been named Commercial Lines Underwriter for the Atlanta Region. He has more than a decade of experience in underwriting, business development, and client retention. He previously worked as an underwriter at Jencap Insurance Services, where he played a key role in expanding commercial lines while mentoring partners on underwriting best practices.<\/p>\n
